  • Now when we cook our food these enzymes gets destroyed due to this our body has to make those enzyme again now this requires energy.
  • Hence, after eating many times we feel sleepy this is simply because our body is working hard for re-preparing those enzymes that were destroyed when we cooked our fruits & vegetables.
  • When we are felling fuel that is food to our body it must make us feel energetic but if it is draining our energy then eating this kind of food is useless.
  • Therefore 40 to 50% of food that we eat daily must be in RAW form.


How much RAW food to eat ?

  • Always keep the ratio of 40-60%.
  • This simply means that you must eat 40% RAW food and eat 60% cooked food this is simply because all the foods cant be eaten RAW.
  • If you are not eating RAW food regularly then suddenly providing more then 50% of RAW food to our body may cause certain digestion related problems.
