- Here I am saying that leave some impotent work for the next morning.

Tip 4 - Use the light of yellow colour and keep the curtain semi opened
- The environment matter really very much that you will get good sleep or not.
- When the light of your room is little yellowish then it gives the signal to your brain for sleeping.
- The quality of the sleep you will get due to this will be vary good and if this quality is good then you will surly get up early the next morning.
- Also when the light of sun will enter you room in the morning then your body will get the signal to wake up.

Tip 5 - Be happy and pray
- Thank almighty for what he has gave you the things such as Family , Universe , Sun , Beautiful Earth , and most important the beautiful life which he can take away for any time.
- There are different emotions and anxiety in our mind so we are not able to sleep well and this stops us to wake up early in the morning
- This tension , anxiety easily gets removed form our mind when we start thanking the god.
