  • Our stomach is generally empty when we wake up in the morning , at time of dinner and at the time of lunch.

  • There are many food that are available and if you consume them at the time of empty stomach then its effect really divine.
  • On other hand there are the list of foods that you should never eat empty stomach because doing that can cause you serious problems.

1 : Sour food (Tomatoes , Orange , Lemon)



  • All this sour food products are  very much beneficial for our health and immune system but the problem begins when we eat them empty stomach.
  • Many people consume tomatoes as a salad in the morning while some drink the juice of orange or lemon.
  • But you must not do that because in tomatoes Tannic Acid while in orange and lemon Citric Acid is present.
  • Therefore due to this acid present in them when you eat this product empty stomach then you will suffer from the problems such as Acidity and stomach pain.

Replacement :

  • Hence replace this sour food products with Apple or  Water Malone because this food products becomes double effective when you eat them empty stomach.
  • And if in the morning you have the problem of  loose motion or any urinating related issues then you must eat Papaya in the morning empty stomach.



2 : Cake and Bread



  • Generally most of the people celebrate there birthday at night and eat the remaining cake in the morning.
  • But cake contains Bread and lots of sugar in it . Therefore you must never eat them empty stomach.
  • While all the products containing bread or bread itself is made up of  Whole Wheat (Maida) which is not good for health while when you consume because contains starch in huge quantity.

3 : Tea and Coffee



  • Most of us start our day generally with Tea or Coffee.
  • But when we drink tea empty stomach the caffeine present in it directly affects our brain due to it one get addicted towards it.
  • For the long time when we had not eaten any thing or are in the state of empty stomach specially in Morning.
  • We feel hungry due to the increase in acid in our stomach but when we drink tea or coffee at this time the amount of acid increases in our stomach.

  • If you are now addicted towards tea or coffee then you must make it lite that is increase the amount of milk in you tea or coffee and reduce the amount of tea powder or coffee powder in it.



4 : Banana



  • Its the best food available to us but becomes worst when we eat it empty stomach.
  • This is because the quantity of Magnetism in Banana is more due to which its become unhealthy for our heart when we consume it empty stomach.
  • More over before work out if you consume only banana then you will pain in stomach during the time of cardio or running.

Replacement :

5 : Sweet Food



  • Eating food containing more amount of sugar is not at all beneficial for our body.

  • Because it increases the amount to Glucose in our body and to digest it our body needs to produce more amount of insulin to digest it.
  • And its adverse effect could directly be seen on our pancreas.

Replacement :

  • Because when we consume honey in the morning it provides us energy as well as its really good for our brain.



6 : Curd



  • It is the good source of lactic Acid therefore its really very good for our health.
  • Bun when our stomach is empty then during this time the amount of Hydrochloric Acid increases in our body.
  • And when it gets mixed with Lactic Acid present in curd it increases the risk of Acidity and different Stomach related issues.
